I bought Clip Studio a while back on a laptop that can't connect to the internet anymore for some reason. I've tried recovering it however I never made an account meaning that I can't really get it back. Is there a way to recover the serial number with just the credit card information.

4 years agoIf your credit card payment has been successfully completed, the serial number will have arrived at the purchase email address regardless of your account.
If you lose the email, I think there is no remedy.
