I keep trying to type my clip studio serial number to transfer onto another computer but it's not working

I keep on trying to type in my serial number on this link https://www.clip-studio.com/clip_site/tool/serial/input_serial but it isn't working? Please help. How do I transfer my clip studio painto pro on another computer?

4 years agoIt seems that there is a misunderstanding in the procedure.
You own one serial number. (It has nothing to do with account registration)
If you own two computers, you can install two computer programs on the condition that they are the devices under their control.
(There is no grade for the downloaded program. The DEBUT version, the PRO version, and the EX version are all the same program.)
Start CLIP STUDIO PAINT individually on each computer and enter the serial number from "Register License" in the help menu.
(Two simultaneous activation after license registration is prohibited by the contract)
There is no "transfer" of the serial number from the account service.
Registering your serial number in your account is optional because it is a registered right for exclusive service. So it is not linked with the actual program.
There is a service that transfers "Preferences", "Materials" and "Work files" to the cloud and "Transfers" to other computers.
Regardless of account registration
When the program is started, it connects to the "Celsys License Server" and checks for "grade of license / presence of term / limit on number".
