Is there a way to blur the boundary of color, or is there any plugin that can perform this task？

So I'm really into the anime style of painting, but then there are times when I wish to blur the boundary between colors seamlessly but there are no easy tool in CSP that performs this function. The problem with applying Gaussian blur is that it blurs the entire layer and therefore applies the effect to places I didn't intend to. I know that there's a plugin for AE released by PSoft called CelFX that does exactly what I'm looking for, and also another built-in function in Retas Paintman that, according to its description, does more or less the same thing (it applies an airbrush-like effect between the boundary of colors but the task is done automatically by the program), and I'm wondering if there is a built-in function or any third party plugin for CSP that can perform this task to blur the boundary between colors that I've specified?

4 years agoApart from the existence of the desired ones, plug-ins can only be used in Japanese EX.

4 years agoAlthough it is not a plug-in, you can create a selection in the area you want to blur with the "Selection" tool, and just blur it there. (The figure below is the result of creating a selection area on a part of the circle with the "selection pen" and then applying "Gaussian blur".)
