How do I redownload CSP without access to old files?

I got a new computer some time ago, but didn't think of installing CSP on it until later.
When I got around to it, I couldn't access my old computer, because the adapter broke and it ran out of power. I don't have an extra adapter and don't know anyone who might have one.
I still have my license key to CSP, but I don't know how to download the program or installation files...
I hope that someone can help

Download the updater
Please install
When installing for the first time on a PC
Because the serial number is registered when starting CLIP STUDIO PAINT
Please have your serial number ready
Serial numbers can be copied and pasted
You can register your serial number later without any problem
