Can't process credit card error, but still got double charged but unable to still get product key

but my card already got charged so i thought i just need to adjust the info so i clicked the link they provided to re-enter my card info, but i got charged again! but still no product and i received the same email, please help me, I got double charged for this, and i didn't even get to unlock the product.
and I legit brought it from their site during promo.
