Bought EX upgrade but got no instruction email.

Good afternoon,
i bought the Pro to EX upgrade during the summer sale but have got no instruction email on how to upgrade or a confirmation, only a confirmation email that my payment went through. I saw an ask that said you needed to re-enter your license in clip studio itself for it to upgrade to EX, but to no avail. I used the same serial i got when i bought Pro to upgrade to EX. Would anyone be able to help?

4 years agoContact support (at the bottom of the page).
I can't recall but I think I got different serial when upgrading from Pro to EX version.
Check spam folders, and attachment files in your emails as well.- English
