Clip Studio Freezing When I Click Log In

Any time I try to log in to Clip Studio, it freezes. I can't get any brushes or anything because a sign in is required, but anytime I try, it freezes. Currently running Windows 8.1 Have COMPLETELY uninstalled and reinstalled three different times in an attempt to fix it. Still nothing. It's been doing this for ages. The window just kinda darkens and I can't click anything. To even close it I have to use Task Manager

4 years agoIs CLIP STUDIO ACCOUNT (= window for entering email address and password) just going out of the monitor screen?
