Clip Studio AutoComplete is broken

Running a windows 10 computer, I can use the text tool to open a text box but as soon as I go back to edit any of my text it's completely broken and just gives empty characters. Even spaces are broken, I can click one of the options but it changes the font I'm working with. It's really frustrating especially since everyone else who's had this problem has had their question closed without an answer.
