Saved file Crashes Program When Opened

I've saved a file and closed my Clip Studio Program. The next day I tried to open the file and it crashes Clip Studio. I went into the recovery folder to see if I can open the last saved file there and it also crashes the program. What the hell! This is the second time this has happened to me and I've lost a lot of time because of it. Please help! I looked at the file properties and everything seems to be in order. It hasn't lost any information, it just won't open. The last time this happened to me, the file was like 3kb when I was working at a pretty high resolution and had multiple layers, so it couldn't have been 3kb. Obviously that file got corrupted some how, but why does it also happen to the recovery files in both incidents?

4 years agoIf the recovery file is also corrupted, contacting User Support may recover it, depending on the data corruption condition.
However, it does not seem to be 100% successful.
First of all, please contact user support.
