Having trouble exporting my comic page as a jpeg or png.

So I'm having some difficulty exporting this double spread page. The window that normally pops up before the comic page becomes an image file doesn't show up. However, I can find the file in my computer despite this and its looks like screenshot #2. I know I'm working with a particularly big file, but could my PC's capabilities be contributing to this? Maybe it's Clip sStudio? aparrently have no issues with exporting single pages.
