Problem exporting illustration as jpg or png

When I export a comic page as jpg or png there is no problem. When I export an illustration as jpg or png other places/programs can’t open the file, I get “unsupported file format” messages. Do I do something wrong?
I tried changing the color to grayscale and rgb but it did not change anything. My settings are shown in the photo (I have the iPad version) Can anyone help?
