Questions involving animation ease of use

I can't seem to find a way to copy from one frame and paste INTO another frame and instead have to go on a convoluted and time consuming routine where I move the frame layer out of the animation folder, paste into a new layer above it, combine it, rename it back to what it was, then move it back into the animation folder. Terrible.

Also when animating an image via keyframes, if you want to edit the layers with keyframes, it forces you into this window where it turns everything but that layer semi transparent and then tracks the animation so the layer remains stationary and everything else moves, which is absolutely HORRENDOUS for trying to animate motion. Is there a way to toggle this off?

Also CSP please fix.

Google translation is ambiguous and your layer and keyframe operations are not on the screen, so it is not a direct answer to your question.
I also don't know why it is translucent.

In the case of animation layers, unlike illustrations and comics, if the timeline is enabled, simply copy and paste
Even if it is duplicated in the layer palette, it will not be reflected in the timeline as it is, so it cannot be edited or processed.
You can copy it and edit it (you can mix "line" and "paint" in the layer "1" in the example below)

The two examples below are a version (the onion skin is on) that is linked to the timeline by copying and pasting the copy direction according to the direction of the apple.
The material is a version created by position and rotation by key frame operation. (Specially animated entire GIF screen)

    In the animation folder
Put the cell layer in a folder
You can treat a folder as a cell layer
Copy and paste in a folder
