Lost My CSP Ex when I switched computers

My old laptop crashed, so I purchased a new one. I've re-installed the Clip Studio Pro on my new computer, but can't find my EX registration License. Is there a way of retrieving my EX license from the Clip Studio people? And, how would I go about doing this?

Why do you have to prepare for a PC crash, replacement, or purchase?
You can save yourself a lot of backups, not just serial numbers.
