Using iPad Annual PRO ver but what’ll happen if i buy one month of EX ver halfway?

Clip studio is the main software i use for work and i mainly do illustrations hence now that my free trial is over, im paying for the monthly PRO ver. I want to pay for the annual PRO ver however, i do animate sometimes and need to use more than the limited 24 frames allowed. Hence i was wondering if anybody knows if its possible to purchase the annual PRO ver and sometimes change it to EX monthly ver before my PRO subscription has ended. Because this would really cut down costs for me! If so, after changing to the EX monthly, would my Annual PRO subscription be cancelled, and i’d have to pay for it again when i no longer need the EX features? (this is for the iPad btw!)
