[Bug Cached?] ClipStudio keeps adding number after my imported file's name like it think the name has been used.

I am comic artist who works on long comic with many episodes.

Each episode contained pages with files name such as " page01" to "page30"
After I have finished each episode, I would move that finished files to my back up cloud and delete all artwork files in clipstudio in my Ipad to gain space back.

When I start new episode...let's say I just finished Episode 1 and now I moved all the files from Episode1 to my other drive and deleted all files from Episode 1 already.

Im going to start episode2 with similar file name such as "page01" to "page30"
Now Clipstu counted this new "page01" (from Episode2) has same name so it turned the file "page01" to "page01-1" even there is no "page01" in App anymore.

I have deleted files everytime I finished each episode but it keeps counting on and on. Now my latest "page01" was already turned into "page01-15" automatically.
I have to change file name back to "page01" manually everytime. But again, next time, it will keep going on with "page01-16"

I believe there's something with the cache problems so Clipstudio never forget the name that was took before. I dont know where to clear cache in Clipsutdio in Ipad.

Anyone has any idea?
