Is it normal for it not send a serial number after the purchase is done? It has been a few hours since i made the purchase and i have not received the email, i wonder, does it happen frequently? I have already contacted them and hopefully i get my serial code

4 years agoIf there is no mistake in the e-mail address, and you have not entered junk e-mail or trash when sorting e-mails, you can contact support with purchase records.

Also check if you maybe have more than one email if maybe you used one of those.- English
