No email received with serial number

Is it normal for it not send a serial number after the purchase is done? It has been a few hours since i made the purchase and i have not received the email, i wonder, does it happen frequently? I have already contacted them and hopefully i get my serial code

    If there is no mistake in the e-mail address, and you have not entered junk e-mail or trash when sorting e-mails, you can contact support with purchase records.

    Check all your email folders. If that doesn't help contact support!

    Also check if you maybe have more than one email if maybe you used one of those.
