I can't find my serial number. I bought this application a couple years ago and I recently had to re-download it on my new computer. I already have paid and bought it previously and I don't want to pay for it again.

4 years agoUnfortunately, if you lose your serial number, it will not be reissued and you will need to keep it carefully.
If there is something that can prove the purchase, such as just paying with a card, you can contact support to check it out.
