Clip Studio keeps opening browser tabs of videos from YT or FB help!

I've had this problem for a while now, it only happens when I open Clip Studio though. When opening Clip Studio Paint directly, the problem does not occur. Note: I use windows 10.
When I open Clip Studio, it would eventually forcefully open my browser and open a bunch of tabs of videos from facebook or youtube. They're all random, and I noticed the words "embed" and "plugin" in the urls if that helps.
Its horribly frustrating, I can't last 30 seconds with Clip Studio opened without a heck ton of links opening in my browser.
I've tried clean reinstalling both Clip Studio and Clip Studio Paint (1.9.3) but it still keeps happening.
I've also tried downloading the previous version (1.8.8) but it still happens.
I know there's an upcoming update (1.9.5) but I'm worried it'll still happen.
Please help, I would really like to draw and use the programs in peace

4 years agoFor the Windows version, CLIP STUDIO operates using the Internet Explorer 11 function.
Is there a strange add-on in Internet Explorer 11 or a related application is bad?

4 years agoStop using internet explorer or edge ( as default or completely remove/disable it).
Scan your system for malware.
