If I install two compters already, then I unintall one computer. Can I reinstall Clip studio again?

You can register licenses on two computers with one serial number, but using them simultaneously is prohibited by the rules.
If you try to register a license on the third computer, you will be overlicensed and you will be asked to "release the license" of the previous two computers.
If you do not respond to the request, the license registration for the previous computer remains, but you cannot register the license for the third computer.
If you cancel the license, the license registration for the previous two computers will be canceled from the CELSYS license server.
(The license cannot be released from the corresponding computer.)
Return to the beginning of this explanation because you can register the license of any computer again.
Please note that if you frequently release the license, it will be judged as unauthorized use, and one serial number may be locked and cannot be used forever.
There are multiple opportunities to use a serial number. It is recommended that you store the serial number outside the computer.
