Registering Multiple Material Sets - Batch Register

A quick question- is it possible to register multiple materials [example: textures for brushes] at once? I have over 500 + textures that I want to register- all textures that need to be tiled and used as paper texture. Can I do this all at once? It's a monumental task to do all of them one-by-one, please tell me there's an alternative!?

Note- I have already discovered that you can drag and drop materials into the material panel, but again- only one at a time. I have also realized that it's the same for registering the materials settings as well.

It's frustrating enough that I can't move multiple brushes all at once [once they are installed] but this is rather unbearable!

Thank you for your time!

You can move multiple materials from material manager to your subtool panel, but not the other way around.
I had to create tons of textures myself, and I made an action to make it go faster. It takes time.
