I can't make new layers

I cannot make new layers, wether it be a totally new artwork or an old artwork it won't let me make any new layers.

4 years agoAre there new raster layer and new vector layer buttons on the Layers palette?
Isn't a layer created when I press the button?
Or is the layer palette not displayed?
Is there a menu bar at the top of the screen?
Does the menu appear when you right click on the layer palette?
If any method does not create a layer, try uninstall → reinstall
If you still can't go back, you may want to talk to support.
