Problem with the tracing with Cintiq in CSP

Hello! I have a problem with the stroke of the illustrations and I can not find a way to solve it, to see if you can give me a hand.
I have a Cintiq 13HD and every time I do CMD + Z the stroke goes from being curved to polygonal, I attach a publication of my Facebook with photo and video of the problem, to see if you understand it better.
I do not know if it is configuration problem, or what, but I need a solution already, haha.

6 years agoI imagine it because the title bar is hidden and I do not know the canvas size.
Is it a symptom that canvas size occurs even at (800 x 600 px)?
Please check the memory allocated to the application.
