will manual registration be possible if using 1.9.4?

I posted the "Request regarding December 5th login changes" thread, explaining that I am only able to use the manual registration for verifying serial, as I've always been unable to verify automatically, login via ClipStudio, access assets, but can log in to account within browser. Unfortunately not further responses on the other thread, so I didn't want to tag this question onto that.

If I continue to use v1.9.4, instead of v1.9.5, will the manual registration still be available?

Is there a place where the text is difficult to understand? Do you not want to update Ver.1.9.5?
If you don't want the update to run automatically, you just have to do it.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. If I need to reinstall CSP, and I install v1.9.4, will that mean that I can use the manual registering of license, instead of needing to sign into account outside the browser, which is impossible/never works?

Do you want to reinstall Ver.1.9.4? In that case, it will be downloaded from here.

Thanks for responding, and link. Would I be able to choose to manually register serial number if reinstalling v1.9.4?

Enter the serial number from CLIP STUDIO PAINT Help → License Registration.

Thanks, and will that also bring up an option to choose manual registration? I have CSP installed at this point, which I made sure of before today's update, incase manual registration wasn't going to be possible after this date. I can't remove it and test the reinstall/registration, so would need to know if the manual option is still available. Concerned that if I needed to reinstall at some point, I'd need to be able to manually register the license.

If you don't lose your serial number, don't lose your serial number.
If you lose it, it will not be reissued. (You may be lucky if you show the purchase record)
If you do not intend to upgrade for a while, download the Ver.1.9.4 download program in preparation for reinstallation.
We recommend that you keep it.

Thank you for responding, but I have my serial number backed up in lots of places, v1.9.4 installer, and have a copy of the purchase record. I won't be upgrading, due to the removal of manual registration and such a disinterested and cold response about that. I don't have any intentions of deleting, but sometimes things happen with computers, and I don't want to be worrying all the time that I won't be able to reinstall. Access will have been cut off from being able to use what I paid for, the moment the computer has a serious enough issue that only format/reinstall will solve, so I'll request a refund when that happens.

It seems that the story isn't engaging a bit, but what I have purchased is a program and the serial number is already
I think that it will not respond to the refund because it has been issued. Here ASK has the same user as you

Thank you for responding. I'm sorry, but I don't fully understand, except that you're saying to contact Support. A refund will be due if I lose access to the program, through deliberate removal of the backup method of registering serial number. I'll contact Support if (when) I can't reinstall and request the refund.
