When combining multiple layers including layers with different layer modes such as multiplication and overlay,
The layer mode is not reflected and the color becomes dull.

・ When all layers are merged with “Merge Image”, the result is displayed as it is displayed.
-Layer mode is also reflected in “Combine display layers”.
• “Merge selected layers” does not reflect the layer mode.
-“Transfer to lower layer” and “Combine with lower layer” do not reflect the layer mode.

You can combine layers that have reached the composite mode
If it is out of the picture
It will be treated as “normal” when combined
This is because compositing modes cannot be mixed in a single layer.

Clicking on the desired layer while holding down the Ctrl and Shift keys creates a selection. If there is a translucent part, adjust it by expanding the area. If you copy the background layer in the selected area, or merge the display layers and erase unnecessary parts, you will get the desired result.

Probably the same behavior is expected with SAI2 and Photoshop, but what kind of layer structure do you have?
