why can't I draw on the canvas? is it my pen?

so i'm new to this and when it told me to set up my pen it wouldn't let me draw. i don't know what to do to fix this.

4 years agoFirst, paper layers cannot be drawn.
Is it like a wall that blocks the transparent display, but is it easy to understand if there is no problem even if it is deleted? A single color can be attached.
