How do I get back the Clip Studio Paint Pro Version 64 bit I purchased onto my new computer? I Have downloaded it again, but now it's Clip Studio Paint 32 Bit. I'm pretty sure I registered the serial number prior to my old computer messing up as there is nothing inquiring me to do so when I click "Help". I still have my Invoice and everything from when I purchased Is there a away to get it back? Please help, Thank you.

4 years agoThere may be a misunderstanding.
There is no grade in CLIP STUDIO and CLIP STUDIO PAINT programs themselves.
The trial version, the PRO version, and the EX version are the same program.
64-bit / 32-bit should be judged automatically.
The license is registered with the serial number when used, and the grade is determined.
License registration can be installed on two computers. (Starting two units at the same time is prohibited by convention)
Since the received serial number is important information, we recommend that you manage it outside of the computer.

4 years agoMostly guessed that you are looking at the version information of CLIP STUDIO.
Even if the OS is 64bit,
CLIP STUDIO is a 32-bit application.
CLIP STUDIO PAINT is a 64-bit application.
