Problem with sensivity on new 1.9.7 version

All brushes and eriser drawing like on the image. BUT on my laptop everything is OK, problem appear only on PC with new 1.9.7 version of CSP. I've tryed SAI 2.0 on PC and everything works fine there. Also tryed to reinstall CSP, tryed to change "using tablet service" on Wintab or Tablet PC, tryed to turn OFF and ON Coordinate detection mode and nothing changes :(
Can anyone, please, help me? T _ T

There's some clarifying : The issue is the pressure jumping up with a slightest pressure change on a pen. As seen on the picture, two sets of lines were drawn with "equal" pen pressure and motion, on the same tablet, right is from laptop with old Clip Studio and left is from PC with updated Clip Studio

Well, I've fixed it(if anyone gonna need this)

File -> pressure settings -> reset to default -> check settings -> done

I've tried this earlier, but I was doing this with drawing testing lines to adjust pressure graph(that's why it was broken)
