Would re-installing Clip Studio result in loss of serial number?

I made a mistake by installing Clip Studio Paint Pro on my C drive, and now I'm running out of drive space. So I want to uninstall the program from the C drive and re-install it to my D drive, on the same laptop/device. Would doing so result in losing a device? Bear in mind I already have CSP installed on another computer. I remember someone saying that a serial number can only be used on two devices at once and if I uninstalled it I won't be able to use the same serial number again? Please help me clarify this, thank you!

    Celsys recommends the C drive.
At your own risk, booting is possible even if you install it on a drive other than C drive (external connection is not allowed).

The number of computers that can be registered with the same serial number is two, and starting at the same time is prohibited by the rules.
Simply install the program itself on any number of units.
Even if the program is installed. If you do not register the license with the serial number, you can not actually operate.

If you have already registered licenses on two computers (for example, PC-A and PC-B), the process of registering licenses on PC-C with the same serial number
The license registration of PC-A and PC-B is automatically canceled at the same time for two units. As you proceed with the registration procedure, only PC-C will be in the license registration state. (The number of registered devices is one)

If necessary, you can freely register an additional one (PC-A, PC-B, PC-X ...).
License registration is not the number but the number.
