3D Preview for Binding - Error

Hello, I am currently using Clip Studio Paint EX and wanted to test out the [3D Preview for Binding] feature. It is the updated version, 1.9.7 and I created a whole new empty file in that.
When I click the 3D Preview for Binding option, it comes up with an error saying that I made the file with an older version and could not obtain the thumbnail information (Not true! I made it with the upgraded version 3 seconds ago! T_T)

Has anyone else had a similar problem? Is there any way to fix this?
