Voice Chat lag while using CSP

Hi,
while working with CSP I like to Voice Chat with my Colleagues via Discord. But I can't run both at the same time because when I do, my and the other Words are broken up. I don't know if it's an Internet or Memory Issue or even a problem with one of the Programs. This only happens when I start up CSP or already have it running. I searched around for a solution and tried several things already:
I changed the Memory Usage and some performance Settings of CSP and I change several Voice Settings in Discord.
I recently upgraded my DSL to 100 Mbit/s and hoped this would fix it but it didn't.
These are my PC stats:
Win 10
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
16 GB RAM
64- bit OS, x64-based processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
