Maximum amount of deactivations

Okay, I've been using CSP since the later half of 2015 and have used a number of computers in that time. I've never had a problem with it until recently, when I reset my PC and now CSP is telling me that I've used the maximum number of deactivations. Has anyone else dealt with this? And if so how did you go about it? And also should I go to support with this problem or do I just have to wait till I'm able to by another license?

    Prior to version 1.9.4, when the license was over, the license release page was skipped, and 11 pairs of authentication codes had to be entered individually.
    Starting with version 1.9.5, it is easier to deactivate the license by logging in to your account.

    I'm thankful for your answer, but my problem is with the deactivation itself. The program says that I am unable to deactivate my license anymore. I've been trying to activate my license for a day now and it still tells me the same thing. I think I'll ask support about this problem soon!
