Don't let me open Clip Studio

I bought a Wacom that includes as a Clip Studio Paint bonus, the first few days it worked very well, but days later it doesn't let me open, nor does it let me open my drawings that I made, I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it doesn't let me open, until I installed the Newer version did not work either, I hope you can help me with this problem why I made several attempts and still with the same problem

    The update may have failed and the program may have some trouble.
    Try a complete uninstall, not an overwrite reinstall. (Licenses, configuration files and work files will not be lost)

    First, delete the "CLIP STUDIO" shortcut on the desktop.
    From the Windows settings, uninstall in the following order using Programs and Features.
    CLIP STUDIO PAINT 1.9.x
    CLIP STUDIO 1.9.x
    Restart computer
    Why don't you try reinstalling CLIP STUDIO PAINT (latest version 1.9.7)?

    After re-installation, depending on the case, it may take time to start with the material update function.

    The startup program is in C: / Program Files / CELSYS / CLIP STUDIO 1.5 /, but if the user moves or deletes it directly, it may cause an accident.
    Deletion is not recommended other than the method described above.
