Brush changing size depending on the distance in space

Can you please explain how can I achieve that my brush enlarging when it come closer in space, and become smaller when it is far away in space like in the following video

Do you say "draw with mouse only" in the video?
I don't say "mouse only" at the beginning of your question.
I can't say for sure because I'm not the author of the brush, but I think this brush is made for stylus pens.
It is possible to use the mechanical insertion / extraction function to operate with the mouse, following the creator's intentions.
