how do i change the install path for csp without opening it after uninstalling

I installed csp on my local drive by accident which doesnt have enough space for everything to unpack everything on launch so i uninstalled it and tried to install it in my external drive but the install wizard doesnt let me change what path to install csp in.
I tried deleting and downloading the installer again to see if it would let me change it but it didnt.
I have included a screenshot of the install wizard only letting me install in the same path that i did first
I then deleted every CELSYS folder on my computer in hope of those telling the wizard the path but to no avail.
I've yet to restart my laptop and try to reinstall.
