Why did my screen go black after I close my canvas? And why only the canvas gets closed, excluding the open window?

I was drawing with a Wacom for a few hours, then I save and I close the canvas, it'll take a while until my entire computer screen goes black while the cursor shows a blue circle. It's annoying. When your screen goes black, you feel like something's wrong with your computer. But everything is fine except I still had to close the CSP window, I don't know if that's a thing because it should close all at once. MS Paint doesn't do that, nor does my Medibang Paint software. How do I stop this?
I think it does that when I leave it there for hours.

CSP has a higher load on the PC than other drawing software. Setting a small canvas size or resolution value may improve.
or your security software may be causing this problem.
