I have never encountered issues with my CSP until today but Ive been having this issue where while I am drawing in a layer, my drawing would suddenly just delete itself without me pressing or clicking any button that would delete the contents of the layer. I have tried saving this file as a new file - assuming that the original was corrupted, restarted CSP, restarted my computer but it seems to happen again. I'm not too sure how to fix this?

In the layer palette
Select all layers from top to bottom
Copy (command + c)
("Selected area" is not required. It is not necessary.)
Create a new canvas of the same size
Paste (command + v)
Save this and check the drawing
If it still doesn't work, contact support

4 years agoOpen History panel/list, see if the "Delete" command is listed when your layer content disappears.
If it does then you have some input device issue, pressing a button, wrong shortcut settings, malware , etc.
If no, then it could be CSP bug.- English
