How to revive the rotation view tool?

I inadvertently erased the rotation view tool in the tool list and became unable to use the shortcut "R".

If you delete the tool itself, it will disappear from the list of shortcut settings, so it is better not to delete it.
I was able to get back to the original setting by restoring the application settings on the main body of Krista.
