Can't access Clip Studio Paint from Wacom page

I got a new wacom tablet with the combined offer of getting a Clip Studio Paint license with it, but when I go on the offers page I can't find Clip Studio Paint on there. The tablet is registered and everything, but only two programs are treated as additional offers (see below). Is there something I need to do besides register my tablet and downloading clip studio paint?
