Why does support take so long to respond?

Why does support take so long to respond? I emailed them on June 2nd about a lost serial number, and they replied on July 4th. That's more than a months difference. By the time they responded, I just rebought the product, because I lost all hope in a response. I don't see why it would take more than 2 weeks for a response, and I probably would have not purchased the product again if there wasn't a sale.

    That's what you can do with user support.
    Asking the users does not understand the internal circumstances of the company.
    (However, CELSYS is not a big company, and I think it was affected by the coronavirus.)
