Offline status when I want to try the 3 month free

This is the first time I use Clip Studio. I am trying to try a free trial for 3 months, but I always get offline status at the clip studio interface (please see the image attached). I can login, download the materials, etc, but every time I try the free trial for 3 months, it always showed offline.

I already try that but still no luck. I visit the community but the answer still same, always told the members to visit that link.
Please help me ASAP.
