Reduction of monochrome line drawing

I'd like to shrink the monochrome drawing drawn on a commercial paper size into a doujinshi size before putting a tone,

1. Is there a way to shrink a line drawing without degrading it?
(I tried integrating only line art once and pasting it on canvas of other doujinshi size, but as the layer setting changes from monochrome → color → monochrome, it seems that black has become thin a bit I feel like that.)

2. Can it be reduced without changing the thickness of the line drawing?

Although I asked you all the questions and so on, I do not know whether it is possible to reduce the size with monochrome line drawings.
The commercial magazine size is easier to draw line drawings, but since I heard that doujinshi size is more difficult to generate such as moon of tone when putting it on the web, I reduced the line drawing of commercial magazine size to doujinshi size, I would like to do the process of sticking the tone afterwards.

I am sorry if it duplicates, but I am very thankful if someone can answer.

In case of shrinking I think that I will not go straight as it is, but in rough cases I think that roughness will become inconspicuous rather than rough
I think that you can proceed with the method you tried,
Since line drawing is also digital, it is possible to change to the same size for doujin by changing the basic information of the work after duplicating each file just in case,
You can also save it as it is after completing it with post size and then shrink it out.
The tone size is the detailed color setting screen when exporting
Color: Expression color> Detailed color setting> Tone output setting> If you check "Depends on output multiple"
Adjust the tone detail to the screen and export it.
Would it be the same effect as sticking a tone for that size after making it a real doujin size.
Please try putting the tone on 1P as it is posted size and exporting it and trying it in your favorite condition.

When you want to make moire not noticeable when uploading it to the web yourself
As for how to eliminate moire, it is best to finish in gray as zoe says
If you finish with tone, once you write out, once again multiply Gaussian blur by a few percent
It is said that moire will be inconspicuous.
(Although it seems that reading is good at about 6%, it may change depending on picture and size ??)
I think that this action distributed by ↓ assets is helpful

I am ashamed of ignorance, but I was surprised to know only the first time.
I was very thankful for your kind understanding.
