Why do my lines come out so angular?

i updated my drivers to the most recent June 22, 2020 update and after that all of my circles and curves are angular. I cant get a clean circle. I downgraded back to an older driver but the issue remained. I also used the Ruler and the grid tool for the first time if there are any settings there that could've caused this
