Clip Studio Paint doesn't open

Hi! I downloaded a few brushes from Clip Studio Assets yesterday and after that I can’t open CSP. When I click on the application it tries for a few sec but it will not load up. I only get a message that “the software is starting”. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but didn't help. Also, I tried vainly to reinstall my drawing tablets drivers (I have a Wacom Intuos).
When I click on Clip Studio it seems to works properly but I can't start Clip Studio Paint from there. I do it via clipstudiopaint.exe too.
