I got Clip Studio Paint Pro for my pc at the end of 2018. I have to get a new computer and I cannot recall the email associated with my account. I do have the 30 digit verification code, but a) do I need the email to get pro on a different device and b) how do I recover the email information associated with my clip studio pro account?

3 years agoThat's fine, because you have your serial number.
I can log in here as well, so there is no problem.
Is it all right that you don't know the email address?
Isn't that email address used on a daily basis?

3 years agoHave you saved your email and password when logging in to CLIP STUDIO on the computer you are using?
Since there is a check to save automatically when logging in with CLIP STUDIO, it may be confirmed as saved.
Also, if you are already logged in with CLIP STUDIO, you can check the email from your account.
Even if you switch to a new device, you will need to log in with CLIPSTUDIO or CLIPSTUDIO PAINT, so you will need an email address.
