I purchased Clip studio Pro during the 50% discount. However I wasn't aware a difference license was required for different language. During the purchasing process all the pages were in English, but the item was Traditional Chinese version. I thought the license is universal thus I went ahead for the purchase, then I realise the serial does not work. I never encountered any other software that a different license is required for different language (except Windows OS). This is really misleading. I tried to contact both MyCommerce and Celsys but their response is simply they are not going to do anything about it. My Windows OS is English so I cannot use the Chinese version, so I am stuck and I can only pay an additional full price to use the product now. Did anyone encounter this and able to exchange for a right license?

I am confusing the meaning of the question. I'm talking about serial numbers, so I don't think it's about programming.
In addition, there is no difference in the content of the program between English version, Chinese version and Japanese version. The download destination is simply different.
