Hello, I bought a clip studio paint program and i have fallowed the instructions several times but keep encountering the same problem. i down load the program, i sign in to my account and click on the paint button to try and register my license but I cannot open the program. it just says starting program... and then nothing happens. i am rather upset after i spent so much on this program that i cant use.
