Displaced drawing when using Wacom Cintiq as extended display

Wacom Cintiq 16 on Windows.

Whenever I use my cintiq as an extended display (not just copying my monitor), my cursor gets shunted down and left a good deal whenever I try to interact with the canvas. The cursor itself is calibrated and accurate - I can interact with other UI completely normally, but when I try to draw, the cursor and resulting line get displaced.

This problem appears to be unique to Clip Studio Paint, as it doesn't occur in other programs like SAI.
