Dual monitors; pop-up windows appear on the wrong screen

I have two monitors, and I draw on the second monitor, the one that isn't set as the main screen.
Whenever I open a pop-up window (ex: New canvas window, Preferences window, etc), it appears on the first window instead of the one I'm drawing on, which can sometime get extremely bothersome.
I don't want to set the second monitor as the main one, since I'm used to , and it's easier for me to have everything on the first monitor, and I don't want to draw on the main monitor because it's extremely small compared to the second one.
Is there a way to reset all pop-up windows to be on the same screen as CSP, instead of the main screen?
