there was a recent Windows update, and now when I click the clip icon on my desktop nothing happens, if I go to clip studio folder in programs and click the exe, nothing happens, but if I go to the clip studio paint folder and click the paint exe, then Paint opens. But I cannot open the studio part, where you can manage your works etc. Really starting to despise Windows and Clip combo now, every time there is an update for either, something is guaranteed not to work.
