Android app- how do I open files from desktop version?

I have EX on desktop and save my projects in OneDrive.
Recently got the app for Galaxy Note. I can't get the Galaxy to associate a .clip file in OneDrive with the Clip Studio app.
I haven't found a way to get the app to open files on OneDrive either.
Any suggestions?
